What are the best aspects of this product?
Price is acceptable. Televideo was good. Initial customer support and training was good but it got less and less. They were not very helpful in transitioning with the exception of a staff named Rachel. Rachel
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Accessing customer support was very difficult and many times would not respond until 24 to 48 hours. And one case it was 3 to 4 weeks after multiple attempts. The worst part is that your data gets exported in an Excel file which is very difficult if you have a medium for larger practice. If you have them do it they charge you $3,000 or a hundred dollars a month for storage. This is outrageous. I have another company that only charges me $100 a year for data storage.

Was not happy with customer support for my salus or use of use of their system.

Yes I'm currently using icanotes and enjoying it much better and it is cheaper.
