What are the best aspects of this product?
iSEEit offers a very clear perspective as to how opportunities and leads are being made. It offers data required in managing the process in sales according to figures and facts. It's an awesome alternative for CRM TOOLS that frequently lead to cluelesss management of spreadsheet. Further possibilities in localizing and paramterizing based on certain user specifications. UI is friendly and keying in data is no longer a painful task.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I don't favor its Outlook calendar/iCal syncing. It'd be nice if there's some kind of functionality that works without having to go online.

Gave the possibility of managing a balanced pipeline. Capable of providing data in the execution and management of growth. Aids in organzining/teaching sales reps in reviewing activities and behavior of customers. Delivering a wide range of analytics. That's basically comprehensive opportunity and a snapshot of business.
