What are the best aspects of this product?
iSEEit is made by those in sales. They're able to keep the painful and dull activities experienced while logging into Salesforce or any CRM-based sales reporting platform. The primary aim here is sales and iSEEit is able to help out in such process. Meeting minutes, contacts, and the next steps I extract during a customer sessions are done with ease. That means no need to log data into CRM since all of is already there.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There's really nothing to hate. iSEEit spent a great deal of time investing into new features. Thing is, I have little time to spend on all of them.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I'm able to cut down CRM administrative effort of a sales rep by as much as 70%. That's a huge chunk. I also have the ability to looking into my sales funnel regardless of where I'm at. I'm no longer pressuring my team in keeping CRM records updated since all records have been naturally updated with the progression sales process.
