A great system with a great support team

What are the best aspects of this product?

I have had a great experience with using iSolved. Its UI design is simple and easy to navigate. There were very few times when we encountered issues while using this product and their support team handled these situations in the best way possible.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be better if they would add a copying feature to some areas of iSolved.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Two features of iSolved which I find extremely beneficial are automation and customization. The first streamlined the work processes and allowed me to perform all of my tasks more efficiently. The second, on the other hand, enabled me to improve employee experience in our company.
