What are the best aspects of this product?

iSolved is a user-friendly software that allows employees to make changes on their direct deposit and tax withholding information and view their pay stubs. Installing and using it has been trouble-free in our experience.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I would like this better if there is a way to customize the forms upon onboarding. This would allow us to get and focus on the information that we really need from our new hires.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With iSolved, my employees can directly update their information and access their pay stubs.
