What are the best aspects of this product?

This system has an intuitive UI design that makes it easy to use and navigate. Employee self-service and seamless system updates are some of its features. iSolved provides awesome customer service. Their support and conversion teams did a good job of ensuring that we are guided throughout and long after the transition process. They are easily reachable when we encounter issues. iSolved University also comes handy for support.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We encountered some issues with regard to writing custom reports with iSolved and getting a timely response from Tax. We also had problems with the feed files, and although these are now resolved, it took some time.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use this for custom report creation and time schedules. We are pleased with the most recent update because it allowed access to areas that are restricted from supervisors before. Feed files are also working properly now.
