What are the best aspects of this product?

iSolved allows me to access employee information and payroll. It also enables me to build reports. On top of these, it comes with a great customer support team which helped me in performing my job daily.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The system could be improved to better accommodate updated information.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With iSolved, we no longer need to keep and maintain copies of most documents on paper. Employees can encode their own information here and change it at any time. It also gives them access to their paycheck a day before payday. W-2 forms are also available for download here.
