What are the best aspects of this product?
I believe the best aspects of Isolved is Time efficiency. With Isolved we are able to complete a lot for our task quickly and with little to no mistakes.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The time it takes to get a response from customer support could be improved. I always get an answer, but it sometimes is not always as efficient and timely as it could be.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
In the future I would like to see quicker response times when we are experiencing issues. Some issues are very quick to get a response and others take a bit more time which can put a halt on some of our daily tasks being completed.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The top two problems that have been able to be solved are, Time management and a better Employee Experience. Using the Share and Perform platform has greatly improved our employee experience and has helped with employee motivation and mural.
