What are the best aspects of this product?

I love the ease of access for admins and employees. The website is easy to navigate and the new app introduced late 2023 is very user friendly. They follow all laws and rules to stay compliant with federal and state law, and with 401(k) reporting.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Working in the south, I would love more language options. Currently, only English is available, and we have many employees where Spanish is their first language.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

More versility for the employee experience.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Payroll reporting for ACA compliance! We started offering insurance to our full time employees when ACA was enacted, and employee tracking and end of year paperwork/form is all covered by isolved.
