iSolved is a user-friendly solution for a smooth-running workflow. It has been particularly useful for managing our payroll process. Thanks to this software we can now encode data, process checks, and produce reports within only a few minutes.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Their ticketing system would work for us better if there would be a way to contact the representative assigned to us directly.

The current version of iSolved is much better than the one that came before it. It is easier to learn how to use and navigate and it contains a set of reports that better cater to the needs of the companies.
