What are the best aspects of this product?

We rarely encounter issues when processing our payroll but their support team is quick to respond when we do and the issues are also solved in a short period of time. iSolved almost always assigns the same representative to us. We appreciate that whenever there is a change in assignment of representative, clear and effective communication can still be expected.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

iSolved has a lot of features and there are only a few that I truly need. I would like it better if its login page would be improved in terms of design for users like me who are also administrators. I also wish I can use it to automate the 401k process.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our main reason for using iSolved is its payroll features. Over time we learned about its other features which also have become extremely useful for us, including the PTO tracker and reporting feature. The reports in this software are clear and comprehensive. We especially appreciate the retirement benefits report.
