They have a competent and responsive support team. Our queries are always resolved fast.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be better if synching iSolved with another database would be possible. This would streamline the process of auditing payrolls and the results would be more accurate.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

iSolved has a great General Ledger feature. Their reporting system is top-notch, although it can be quite difficult to navigate some of the reports.
