What are the best aspects of this product?

Technically it could (and should) have been user modifiable. Isometrix persuaded the Company not to make any use of such capabilities, and thus now has us stuck with an eternally unworkable and essentially useless platform following 6 wasted years of neverending redesign.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Management - The product in principle has many merits and could technically have been great to use, had multiple iterations of ever changing project managers not gone to great extents to ensure the 'user-modifiable' potential that originally drew us to it could never be realised, locking us into an unnecessarily complex system consistently breaking down and ever changing teams of developers with little to no understanding of requirements lacking the basic skills to do what users in the company could have done in a fraction of the time if granted the required access rights that were originally promised.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

The product as it's supposed to work without management convincing clients that all should be exceedingly complicated 'bespoke' solutions with which they've essentially taken our data hostage,.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

None. Instead a possibly insurmountable mountain of problems have been created by this Product, wasting 6 years and necessitating ongoing use of parallel (excel based) systems originally intended just for 'emergency' use when Project implementation had to commence with Isometrix 'not quite' ready yet. That was 3 years ago. Subsequent complete redesign of the system to supposedly 'simplify' it, followed by a year of 'User Acceptance Testing' during which the same errors continually recurred, and with every issue resolved two or three other aspects that previously worked would suddenly be broken, we now finally have a 'Production Site' supposedly readu to use after yet another 2 months of failures identical to issues supposedly resolved in the 'Test' environment the month before.
