New users can easily navigate across the system because of its uncomplicated interface. Its extensive resource library also helps improve the overall user experience.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish it has a feature where it allows users to attach or upload multiple media files at a time.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

My team and I were really looking for an "all-in" platform where we can create and share presentations internally, while giving clients access, as well. iSpring allows us to do exactly that.
