What are the best aspects of this product?
iSpring has been a really reliable tool to facilitate e-learning. Some of my favorite features are the evaluation (quizzes, exams, etc.) and certification functions. The software makes it easier for me to organize the outputs and track the performances of the trainees.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It would be better if there is no limit with the number of trainees that are simultaneously using the software.

Convenient access to training courses was among our top issues since it affects the efficiency and productivity of our employees. The software, being accessible anytime, addresses this issue.
