What are the best aspects of this product?
iSpring's customer service representatives are the best! We rarely have issues with iSpring because it's indeed a quality product, but when we do, it always gets fixed right away. Thanks to their support staff who patiently troubleshoots even the littlest things.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I had trouble editing audios from screen recordings because it doesn't have a noise reduction feature like when editing audio files.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We no longer have to outsource resource person for computer-based training because we can now easily develop our own module.
