The secret ingredient to an effective e-learning program

What are the best aspects of this product?

I really love how smooth and convenient it is to import courses made in iSpring Suite to iSpring Learn LMS! That, and the software compatibility to various electronic devices, optimized my whole experience with the product. They have an exceptional team of customer support staff, as well!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's really a minor issue (and maybe it's just me), but I don't like it that there's no option to make the password visible when logging in. I raised it to customer support and they assured me it will never be a problem again.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

New employee retention significantly improved when we started using iSpring Learn as our online training platform.
