What are the best aspects of this product?
It is a very affordable LMS. It is also pretty easy to use, and over the past 8 months, the online documentation for how to do things or solve problems has increased a lot. But in any event, support is very fast to respond to an issue and works tirelessly to resolve challenges.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Nothing that comes to mind.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I would like to have a custom report feature where I can build my own reports.

This is our first LMS. We were apprehensive but feel like this was a great decision.
