What are the best aspects of this product?

Issuetrak is easy to set up and use. The upgrades are straightforward. The tech support is excellent and the agents provide prompt and helpful service to resolve issues.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The tool is concise and clear and meets all my requirements. The GUI could be improved, but apart from this glitch it is a great product.
