What are the best aspects of this product?

One of the best things about Ivacy is that anyone (and their mothers) can use it. It offers online anonymity and privacy to just about anyone--be it on their desktop or their mobile devices. The best part is that it is affordable and does not slow down my servers.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Their chat support is not that good. I'm not sure if it is from lack of training or simply a language barrier, but the agents based in Singapore were not able to answer my questions properly.
