What are the best aspects of this product?
Best VPN I've ever tried for keeping computer servers operational. Plus I can Netflix.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The connection may tend to slow down at times, but for about 90% of the time, it's fast.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Netflix! Kidding aside, we rely on its speed on delivering e-learning services from all over the globe. It works way better than other VPNs we've tried so far.
