What are the best aspects of this product?

Reliable in keeping data secure especially if there are technical difficulties through the Internet Kill Switch. I like how the design is so simple, yet it works. No hassle. I also commend the technical support for staying with us through the technical difficulty.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Anti-virus software makes the log-ins difficult. This is usual for VPN services but I hope in the future VPN services can work together with the anti-virus software for easier access but with reliable security.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Unrelated to company activities, online shopping has been easier through the VPN because I can use IP addresses from a specific country and be able to order products meant for specific countries only.
