What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that I can connect five devices to a single VPN. They give you numerous choices of servers where you can connect. And they offer long-term subscriptions.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sometimes, the startup takes longer than usual. It eats a lot of my device's memory. Also, when I was still in the free-trial period, my mobile devices have trouble connecting to servers. I have to try a few times before I get to connect.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Blocking websites have been more manageable.
