Very convenient while keeping you secure

What are the best aspects of this product?

First of all, it is fast. Considering the price of the software, it delivers more than its competitors. Ivacy can be used on different devices, may it be phone, tablet, or computer. It does not keep browser history or any history for that matter. And it is user-friendly--even my mother, a 40-year old--can use it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Live chat of technical service is a bit unreliable. And I don't get the registration of my location as Singapur (Five Eyes).

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I no longer mind a lot about my IP address getting hacked or traced.
