What are the best aspects of this product?

The iWork Pages is as wonderful as a word processing app that lets me save files in word document formats. The iWork Numbers is excellent as well since it works similarly with MS Excel. You can initially save files in the official iWork Numbers format, but you can also keep them in excel, CSV, or PDF files when needed.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

iWork Pages give me some little problems when saving documents. In some instances, I cannot rename the document; meaning, I need to stick with the “blank page” name. Aside from this issue, iWork is wonderful.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

iWork makes MS Office tools obsolete for me. I do not need to pay for those anymore.
