My experience of Ixxocart as a user.

What are the best aspects of this product?

The Ixxocart platform offers value for money and has excellent support. New features are added regularly and the developers listen to improvement suggestions and act on them promptly if they believe they are of benefit as a whole. The product includes many features as standard that would not necessarily be available without paying extra for with other systems - well worth the investment.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The selection of 'out of the box' templates could be greater for the less technically minded site owners, but Ixxocart does have the ability to create custom modules, modify and rearrange modules and website colours easily. I personally would like to see a bit more development in the themes area; more control over the ease of modifying every element of the skin with a more visual theme builder maybe, but, once again, the support staff are really helpful with modifications when asked. All in all though it works really well.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

So many features have been added in the time I've been using Ixxocart that whatever I say here, they're probably working on already and there are probably features I still have yet to take full advantage of! :-) As a suggestion though, maybe shoppable posts on Instagram linked to Ixxocart shop products. I believe the facility is available on a few ecommerce systems but may not be available to all.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Ixxocart is about the 3rd marketplace vendor software platform I've used and the others before always fell down in my expectations somewhere along the journey. I'm finally happy I've found the right platform for my needs and am keen to see it grow.
