What are the best aspects of this product?
It is simply the best IDE for SOA/Java-based applications. Thanks to its many connections with configuration management plugins like SVN and GIT. Also, it has a resource pallete which is very useful. There's also an MDS support that is deployable using JDeveloper.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It sometimes crashes. It takes a lot of CPU and memory to run. The only way out is to kill the process. No utility for process shutdown.

We use it for SOA solutions.
