What are the best aspects of this product?

Jenkins doesn’t have learning curve. As a developer I’m using this IT management software for years and it doesn’t take much time to figure out how it works or how to do something. With this solution creating new builds is extremely easy and even debugging builds is effortless. If the build is broken, all you have to do is to read the logs or run the build conf script inside the environment.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The UI looks outdated even though it works fine. They could ad few fields for the default cases instead of shift through all fields in order to find common variables.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to integrate our code into various builds and to keep it running at any time. It offers hook-ins to Slack and other chat programs so we can track changes to a build.
