Jenkins offers wide range of language support and flexible build pipelines. You can easily define jobs with elastic hooks and integrate it with multiple SCM systems.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
They could improve the UI design and add more responsive design and material style.

It helps us to auto-deploy into QA environments with this software easily, to test features before production state, we can see test results and code quality reports, to auto deploy docker AWS instances and other. It helps us with coninuous deployment flows with nightly builds and to build status feedback instantly.
