What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that it's affordable for a long-term basis when we buy our hosting and domain. It's easy to set up and customize according to what we need. It also features good additional features and integrations that work well with our clients too, especially the e-commerce function and payment portal.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing I can think of at all. I think this is a good one.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I was looking to make sure that I have a highly functioning e-commerce site that caters to my clients; from a contact form to details about my business and integrations that suit my client's needs. I got that with Jimdo.
