What are the best aspects of this product?

The call tree mapping feature makes everything look easy. You can drag and drop to make calls without much effort. It brings efficiency to the tool and the workplace making your work simple. The interface is right for any business, which beats the competition.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The 24/7 customer support for North American customers is not reliable regarding the language. During the day it is all good but when it comes to night time, the language barrier comes in. The live chat feature is not available at all times, which can prove to be a problem. The option of email support takes time to get the feedback, which can be annoying. Finally, sometimes the system is down.

Jive Communications has allowed for easy deployment of phones on the internet. Users require no training or a professional to configure the PBX. They can do it in a few minutes without help. It also offers free support for users.
