The 24/7 customer support for North American customers is not reliable regarding the language. During the day it is all good but when it comes to night time, the language barrier comes in. The live chat feature is not available at all times, which can prove to be a problem. The option of email support takes time to get the feedback, which can be annoying. Finally, sometimes the system is down.
