What are the best aspects of this product?

Jive has great end user experience when you are getting started. The features and setup are easy to grasp for anyone. The support team comes to save the day when things go wrong. The product easily handles our IVR needs, which can be complex. It has proven to be a reliable and helpful software application.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There were no drawbacks with the system. Our needs, requirements, and expectations were met in full when using this tool. It helped improve our customer service and communication channels all through.

Since our staff is spread all over, we can bring them together with the help of Jive. We are able to direct calls to each of our agents regardless of where they are by integrating the product with their cellular devices at a low price. With the dashboard menu at hand, you can direct calls to a specific agent and run your business smoothly all day.
