The user interface allows you to adapt to the system with ease. You do not have to be a tech savvy individual to know how the system works. It offers great customer service through clear, flexible, and quality calls plus its ability to be economical.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
When it comes to the billing part, it is slow. Before I could have someone, in the accounting department, to set up my credit card so that it automatically pays for the VoIP services, it took some time. You can improve on that section to make billing faster.

It has improved how we serve our customers in terms of making and receiving calls. Jive has managed to improve stability and reliability which which communication is enabled. When compared with other VoIP system, Jive has come on top in ensuring that communication in the office environment is efficient.
