What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that I can search across the board based on word or description and users are allowed to publish answers and they can even categorise questions starting from docs, polls to product ideas and strategies. We can control visibility of the boards and this means that we can have an internal board of team members and we can even create boards for other employees and customers in order to engage them into collaborative discussions. Also, it allows us to outline areas of expertise on our profile and others can locate us.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

If you’re using numerous boards it can be difficult to navigate it and it doesn’t provide with information of where you are.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are using it as system functionality, to spread knowledge about the system by sharing docs and to provide response to internal and external questions about practices and functionality.
