What are the best aspects of this product?

It is an improvement from the office phone systems. The Jive software allows you to setup, customize, retrieve voicemails, and access your company directions from the internet regardless of where you are. The call quality is exceptional as you can clearly understand the caller as compared to the previous phone version. You can manage your communication channels in the office without much effort.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I found it difficult to setup and use the system via the desktop device. The tool was not as responsive as it should be and seemed difficult to use. I did not get the time to set it up according to my needs, which was a limitation.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps improve customer interaction and relation as you can set up a menu, which indicates when a customer calls. When you compare with the use of private cell phones, Jive adds professionalism and great customer service to it. We are able to look professional and enable quality calls for our customers.
