What are the best aspects of this product?

Jive offers great features and wonderful UI which is user friendly and professional looking. I like that it’s not blank, the themes are easily customizable and even its team can work with you so you can create custom theme according to your ideas and wishes. They really care about user experiences. The platform is easy to use and easy to administer.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The price can be challenge especially if you have lot of users and you are charged on a per user basis. Also, they could include mass user improt functinality. Furthermore, some features require customization and 3rd party usage.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Jive is great solution for reducing phone/email support queries, it offers great TCO and it doesn’t require internal resources to maintain hardware. It operates in secure environment which is perfect for standard security requirements.
