What are the best aspects of this product?

I love its search function, I can easily find everything I need. I like that it allows me to set up news feed with various categories or even groups and this means that I can keep all the updates organized. Also, I like that notifications through email keep me up to date with replies on threads and I receive weekly notifications informing me of recent activity on the website. There is an ability to tag others in a post, comments or discussions you can keep up discussions, people and groups.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sometimes the attachment icons cannot be found when I want to attach docs to a post. Also, there are lot of things that happen on Jive and it can be really hard to be updated with everything.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It allows us to share docs across the company, to keep updates on a company changes, to follow specific interest groups or departments and most of all it helps us to create a sense of community for employees that work across our country.
