This is wonderful tool for improving collaboration and interaction across your company. It is perfect solution to connect each department so everyone can work in team and communicate better. It offers lot of features like maintaining docs and making final version, reviewing specific revision, replying to a doc, starting conversation, getting notifications about updates and employees’ work progress. You can use calendar feature to add specific events and to create separate groups.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are some issues with search tool because sometimes it doesn’t list spcific document. Also, it can be real challenge for new users because there are some complexity within the system and it can be challenge to nintegrate it after switching from other platform.

With its perfect features we have an effective communication and collaboration experience. We don’t have to worry about creating design docs or initiating a new discussion. We don’t have to use emails for internal communication because we can interact with each other on Jive’s platform and to be more productive and to improve our communication.
