They're capable of aggregating resumes and data. This would help in showcasing when individuals have submitted their resume to varying sites. It lets you utilize that in reaching out to them for jobs that match with their given information. It makes things convenient.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It appears they're moving through certain stages. They only house recent resumes online. It'd be nice if I get a clue as to how frequent individuals are posting or specific times they've made posts all throughout the calendar year. That way, I'd get to know how urgent they are of getting a new job.
