What are the best aspects of this product?
JobDiva makes things simple in keeping track, e-mail, updating, and then hiring candidates. Its search tool is easy to utilize. It makes things simple in seeing which candidates have already been contacted within your database. This prevents any overlapping within the recruitment process.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
What I don't favor with this product is how confusing it can be in exporting your call and candidate lists. The internal candidate tracking capability is too tiny (situated on the top left hand corner) in the screen whenever a candidate profile is opened. Such functionalit should be a bigger to prevent confusion on the "ownership" of each candidate.

The issue JobDiva was able to resolve is the problem that an organization faces whenever recruiters bump into their candidate list and it gets way too big big to be tacked in thei Excel spreadsheet. JobDiva makes it possible for recruiters to save a lot of time. At the same time, it also helps them earn more by spending less time tracking and keyeing in information of candidates. Instead, more time is allocated on phone calls.
