What are the best aspects of this product?
JobDiva is simple product that helps us to track, email and even update the list of the candidates. It has easy search tool so we can see the candidates who are already been contacted from our internal employees. The software is easy to navigate and easy to learn. It doesn’t require lot of training and all our users can use this product.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
In the beginning I didn’t know how to export both the call and candidate lists. Also, its internal candidate tracking feature has small icon in the left hand corner, they could make the icon larger so there wouldn’t be confusions on who “owns” the candidate and who contacted them.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It helps us to solve organizational problem that our recruiters have when the candidate list becomes large and complicated to track into spreadsheet. It saves us lot of time and money by tracking candidates’ profiles. It is great that recruiters can’t bug the candidates while on JobDiva because it’s almost impossible not to track the last action within the software.
