We can better organize our candidates for open jobs

What are the best aspects of this product?

JobDiva allows me to match candidates to open job requirements, to keep track of their productivity via recruiting process. This software frequently adds new and updated features to the system. I’m able to create Hotlist of those candidates that meet the requirements and who have skills. This is time-saving product.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The mobile application can be buggy sometimes, for e.g. sometimes when I want to look up candidates by name I get notification that the profile doesn’t exists. It has limited filters.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With this software we are able to track out candidates and our activities. Our team can be better organized and each one has its own task.
