What are the best aspects of this product?

Jobvite is so effective for both job candidates and employers! The process is seamless -- applicants easily set up and monitor their application process, while employers like myself save time scheduling interviews because it's synced on my calendar. We're able to finalize our new hires much, much quicker now.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be great if there's a feature that allows the applicant to be notified when there's an update about their status.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're able to share job openings via social media, through employee referrals to their friends and family members.
