Best applicant tracking system

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that Jobvite helps me screen the candidates a lot faster and move them through the process. The approval for hiring managers is also easy to use.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be great if we can have someone from our team be trained by Jobvite to be able to edit the chains of approval so we can cut the time on trying to make even the smallest of tweaks.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

A lot of processes are made easier: approval chains and hiring manager reviews, for example. We also have improved front-end features compared with our old ATS, including the inhouse text messaging feature.
