It's so easy to use, even if you're a beginner. It's also much easier for recruiters and hiring managers to use, so we get more interview feedback a lot more quickly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The careers site functionality is very limited. It would be very helpful to improve the functionality of our careers website and to add an option to work on several workflows all at once.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

There's a bigger improvement in our process for new hires for several reasons, including being more effective with receiving feedback from our interviewers/hiring managers.
