Excellent system update

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that Jobvite is easy to use. We're able to text from the tool, which makes it easier to connect with our candidates. We're also able to customize and manage many items on our task list so that we're more efficient.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish the reporting could be updated too in terms of template and speed, and none too soon.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Efficiency. We're able to compress our recruitment process, involve our hiring managers, and improve the experience of our candidates a lot faster.
