Great ATS solution even though it can be complicated from time to time

What are the best aspects of this product?

I really like working with its implementation team, and I like the idea that we can push notifications to social media sites. We can share posts across the platform which is great thing. The interface is great and we can easily move sourced cadidates.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t like the complexity of the product because it requires some trainings for newbies. And building out individual platforms for campus events can be complicated as well.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Thankfully, we don’t have to use email folders to collect applications. Jobvite helps us to report on metrics and to keep track of every candidate and even to imporve their experience.
