What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that Jobvite is user-friendly. It helps to have workflows and be able to share jobs and candidates within the company because it saves us so much time. We're able to streamline the hiring process because all our hiring managers and recruiters are in one platform, so we don't have to follow up so much.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be great if we can upload job descriptions a lot more easily, and be able to make corrections and updates into the document quickly, without having to reupload the entire document.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We've gone completely paperless, increased the rate that we're able to hire quality candidates by 70% because we're able to utilize questions and video interviews to screen the people we want in our teams.
