What are the best aspects of this product?

I like Jobvite. It's easy to use. I've been using this with our team for about five years, and we can customize some features according to what we need. The reports we receive from Jobvite allow us to be transparent, and it helps us identify areas for improvement in our processes.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I would appreciate being enabled to create more reports and having additional options apart from editing existing reports.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're able to resolve issues regarding our entire recruitment process.
