What are the best aspects of this product?

This is powerful solution that allows you to move through candidates and requisitions easily. I like its reporting features and capabilities. The price is affordable. Also, it is great and intuitive system for basic tasks. You don’t have to worry about the system because there are lot of training videos available. I like that they constantly improve the product and they are open to feedback and suggestions.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sometimes, when it comes to building workflows there is a need of back end help which is not always available. There is no simple way to make changes on the go. Also, the roll set up is not as perfect as it should be and this means that we need to allow HMs in order to get access.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We switched from other solution to Jobvite because it is much more flexible and it offers great reporting capabilities. It provides us with clear picture of time to hire, referral sources and simple interaction with candidates.
